The diary goes into great detail on two intriguing aspects of gameplay: factions and fanaticism.
Tactica Online is a historic fantasy game set during the time of the Renaissance, and promises players:
?a persistent game of skill and strategy, in which players assemble a squad of characters, improve their capabilities through adventuring, and compete directly against other player’s in various types of missions as well as direct combat.
From a central shared world, players seek missions from various groups, duel in one-on-one or mass battles, compete for prizes in Tournaments, and conduct Campaigns. Each battle takes place in its own private area, away from the interference of other players.
