Medieval II: Total War comes onto Steam.

Valve announced yesterday that it is going to provide us with more virtual delight, namely, Medieval II: Total War which was given a Editor's Choice award from PC Gamer, not to mention other accolades like a 90% review score, and was also described by same magazine as an epic strategy game that's exquisitely big, bold and beautiful"

The game itself also promises well made and realistic battles that have an clear movie like theme to them, not to mention possessing over 10,000 troops to control spread over hundreds of unit types, that allows the player to engage in battles just as exciting or more so then the biggest Hollywood blockbuster. After all you do have all the extras you could ever hope to have. 😉 The game allows you to play war across Europe, The Middle East, and the Americas while marching across the numerous terrain types each areas offer as your soldiers endure the realistic style weather that the game carries.

SEGA of America offered these comments via Simon Jeffery, the President and CEO.

"Medieval II: Total War is a highly anticipated blockbuster title from SEGA and working with Steam gives us a great digital distribution vehicle to get the game quickly and easily into the hands
of hungry fans everywhere. "Steam has proven itself time and time again as a quality content delivery site that gamers look to for secure and reliable downloads."

And it's out today! So get out there, you hungry fans, and let them hear those battle cries!

Just don't do them after 10 or you might wake the house up.
