If you are like me, you are really looking forward to Bioware's next project, Mass Effect. The creators of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and Jade Empire bring their latest to the Xbox 360, allowing you to traverse the galaxy in an attempt to save it from inevitable danger. The first of a planned three games, Mass Effect promises to draw gamers into its massive world.
However, those gamers who want to immerse themselves into the game's world won't have to wait too long. Does this mean that ME is coming out soon? Well, kinda. In a deal with Del Rey books, two prequel novels penned by Drew Karpyshyn, who also wrote the story for the game, are scheduled to come out. The first one, entitled "Mass Effect: Revelation," will see a release in May.The book will introduce us to David Anderson, who must investigate a secret research facility with a rogue alien agent.
Mass Effect is expected to come out sometime this summer, but no official dates have been announced. Keep checking back here for more series details!
