EA’s Debut College Baseball Game Ships

The first-ever college baseball video game, EA SPORTS? [i]MVP 06 NCAA Baseball[/i], has shipped to retailers. The game is an extension of the MVP Baseball series, featuring 128 collegiate teams from around the nation competing in 19 authentic college stadiums.

“I’ve been waiting for a game like this to come out for a long time. I just can’t believe how realistic the game is,? said David Maroul, 2005 College World Series MVP and MVP 06 NCAA Baseball Cover Athlete.

A new Load and Fire batting system will add intuitive elements to stepping up to the plate. Players can also create their own custom ballparks, and their own MVP in the Create-a-Player mode. An online mode will also be available for the PS2 and Xbox.
