Matrix Games and Strategic Studies Group have announced that [i]Battles in Normandy[/i] has gone gold. The new wargame, the latest in the award-winning [i]Decisive Battles[/i] series, includes a number of enhancements and scenarios for the full Normandy campaign as well as a hypothetical scenario that models Rommel’s plan for a more aggresive defense.
“We’re very excited about the many enhancements that have been made to the Decisive Battles engine for Battles In Normandy and we feel the new battles are the best yet,” said Director of Operations at Matrix Games David Heath. “SSG have managed to improve on a five star system, something that is a tall order for any design team.”
[i]Battles in Normandy[/i] is scheduled to ship on September 13.
